This Privacy Policy describes, in placeholder form, how CaseFlowDDS collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website and platform.

Information we collect. Account and billing information you provide during signup; usage data related to your subscription; and, within the practice platform itself, patient information your practice enters and controls as the data controller.

How we use information. To operate and improve the platform, process payments through Stripe, communicate with you about your account, and — where you've opted in — respond to demo and sales inquiries.

Data security. We use tenant isolation between practices, role-based access controls, encrypted storage of integration credentials, and secure payment processing through Stripe. See our Security section on the homepage for more detail.

Healthcare privacy. Practices are responsible for configuring and using the platform in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy requirements, including obtaining any required agreements before entering real patient data in production.
