Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Access to the platform continues through the end of your current billing period.
Data retention. Your practice's data is retained, not immediately deleted, for a period after cancellation in case you'd like to reactivate. Contact support if you'd like your data removed sooner.
Setup fee. The one-time implementation fee covers onboarding work performed at the start of your subscription and is generally non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
Monthly subscription. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods, except as required by law.
