Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement describes the billing terms for your CaseFlowDDS subscription.
Setup fee. A one-time implementation fee is charged when you start your subscription, covering onboarding, configuration, patient data import, and integration assistance.
Recurring subscription. Your monthly subscription begins immediately and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Current plan pricing:
- Starter: $297/month, $997 one-time setup
- Professional: $397/month, $1,497 one-time setup
- Multi-Location: $597/month, $2,497 one-time setup
Plan changes. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing page; changes take effect according to Stripe's standard proration rules.
Payment processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information.
